Great little warm-up tool.

Really like this thing. Pop it on the end of club to stretch and activate the golf muscles. Move it up towards the grip to get a feel for the release point. Really handy especially if you don’t have time for the range, even better when you do.

As Advertised, Great Warmup Tool

I think this is far superior to the 'donut' type weights because this one is fixed in place and won't slide down the shaft as you swing in slow motion to warm up. I also love the fact that it can be moved into different positions, putting emphasis on different parts of the swing and release. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but it has already become my favorite warmup tool!
