The ordered product did not arrive

I ordered a Clic gear umbrella holder on August 3rd and my Visa bill was charged on August 4th. I received an email on August 14th to say that that product was shipped. The tracking system does not say where the product is or when it will arrive. I sent an email to Canadian Pro Shop Online to ask about the issue and I have yet to receive a reply. I don't recommend purchasing anything from this Company
