RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have received a product that you are unhappy with, we are happy to take it back and issue an exchange or full refund! Here are a few important notes regarding our return policy.

• We will accept returns and exchanges on products that are unused and are still in the original packaging
• Customers can return or exchange their products within 90 days from purchase date
• Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned product
• Once a refund is issued, it may be 3-5 business days before you see the credit on your statement depending on the credit card company
• To return a product simply contact orders@canadianproshoponline.com and include your order number in the subject line followed by "-R" for return or "-E" for exchange 
• Buyer pays return shipping fees
• Custom orders are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). In the event of a defect our team will work with you to get a replacement 
• Purchased gift certificates do not expire but are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). Some restrictions may apply for complimentary gift certificate
• Demo/Trade In clubs are sold as-is and cannot be returned for a refund.  If you are unhappy with your demo or trade in purchase, we can accept a return for store credit. Return must be initiated within 5 business days for demo clubs. Please see product description for details on club conditions
• Re-stocking fee:  Although we don't charge a re-stocking fee on most orders - there are charges related to any custom order that has moved into production.  This would include custom golf clubs, logo gear, or special order products.  The re-stocking fee is product specific but on average the fee is 15% of the order value

WARRANTY

Every product we sell has a manufacturer's warranty - which we are more than happy to honour.  If you have a product that is defective, simply contact us and we will provide excellent service to help take care of any of your warranty needs!
