How do I request a price match?
Email orders@canadianproshoponline.com with a link to the competitor's product page and the exact product specifications you're looking for. We'll take it from there.
Can I get a price match after I've ordered?
Yes. If your order has already been placed, we'll happily price match in the form of a gift card. Price matching is available until your item has shipped.
Do you include shipping when comparing prices?
Yes. Shipping rates are taken into consideration when we compare prices.
What isn't eligible for a price match?
Restrictions include but are not limited to clearance or end-of-season sales, competitor promo codes, custom products, demo or used products and discontinued lines.
Do you price match Black Friday and Boxing Day deals?
We can't guarantee price matching on special events like Grand Openings, Black Friday or Boxing Day, but we'll do our best to offer comparable prices.
How does price protection work?
If an item you purchased is reduced in price on our website within 30 days of your order, we'll refund the difference as a gift card. Discontinued lines, demo clubs, limited-time promotions (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.) and promo codes are excluded.
