Let's fit your clubs
Answer four quick steps. Have a tape measure handy and, if you can, a friend to help measure.
Your club specs
Why these specs
These are static-fitting starting points based on published fitting charts, the same measurements used by brand web-fitting tools and custom fitters. Every brand builds from its own standard, so we confirm your specs before building. For the most accurate result, nothing beats an in-person dynamic fitting on a launch monitor.
Clubs that fit you
Picked from every brand we carry for your flex, hand, handicap and lofts. Choose “Free Custom Options” models and add your specs on the product page, or paste them in your order notes.
Three measurements, two minutes
Wear your golf shoes, stand on a hard floor and ask a friend to help.
Height
Stand tall against a wall and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Wrist-to-floor
Stand relaxed with your arms hanging naturally. Measure from the main crease of your wrist straight down to the floor. Don't shrug or reach.
Hand length
Lay your glove hand flat, palm up. Measure from the wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger.
What your virtual fitting measures
A complete static fitting for every club in your bag, built on the same measurements custom fitters and brand web-fitting tools use.
Club length
From your height and wrist-to-floor. The right length helps you set up balanced and strike the centre of the face.
Lie angle
How the sole sits at impact. A lie that's too upright pulls shots left; too flat pushes them right (for right-handed golfers).
Shaft flex & weight
Matched to your swing speed, driver distance and tempo for better launch, spin and consistency.
Grip size
From your glove-hand length. The right grip size lets your hands release naturally and helps control your miss.
Lofts & gapping
Driver loft, fairway woods, hybrids, iron set make-up and wedge lofts with bounce, so every club has its own yardage.
Head type
Game-improvement, players or blended iron sets and draw or neutral heads, chosen from your handicap and ball flight.

What is a virtual golf club fitting?
A virtual golf club fitting uses your body measurements and swing information instead of a fitting bay. Our Online Virtual Fitting Studio turns your height, wrist-to-floor, hand length, distances and ball flight into length, lie, shaft flex, grip size and loft recommendations, then shows clubs from every brand we carry that match.
Is the virtual fitting really free?
Yes. There's no cost, no sign-up and we don't ask for your email. Many of our clubs also include free custom options, so you can order them built to your specs at no extra charge.
What length golf clubs do I need for my height?
Most golfers between 5'7" and 6'0" use standard length (a 37 in men's 7-iron). Taller golfers usually add ½ to 2 in and shorter golfers take ½ to 2 in off. Your wrist-to-floor measurement matters as much as height, so use the fitting tool for your exact length.
What shaft flex do I need?
Flex follows swing speed. As a guide, under 75 mph is Senior or Ladies, 75 to 94 mph is Regular, 95 to 109 mph is Stiff and 110 mph or more is Extra Stiff. A quick, aggressive tempo can move you up a flex.
What size golf grip do I need?
Measure your glove hand from the wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger. For men, 7 to 8¼ in is standard, 8¼ to 8¾ in is standard plus two wraps, 8¾ to 9¼ in is midsize and over 9¼ in is jumbo.
Can I use the fitting tool in Canada for any brand?
Yes. Canadian Pro Shop Online is a Canadian golf retailer, and the Virtual Fitting Studio recommends TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, PING, Cobra, Mizuno, Srixon and more from our in-stock Canadian inventory, with prices in Canadian dollars.
How accurate is an online fitting?
It's a static fitting, the same starting point fitters use before you hit a ball. It gets most golfers close on length, lie and grip size. Flex and lofts are estimates from your distances. An in-person dynamic fitting on a launch monitor fine-tunes everything.
Does it work for every brand?
Yes. Your lie angle is shown in degrees upright or flat, and your length as a change from standard, so the specs work for any brand. On PING clubs, for example, we match your lie to the closest colour code.
How do I order clubs built to my specs?
Pick a model marked “Free Custom Options” and choose your shaft, flex, length, lie and grip on the product page. You can also copy your specs and paste them in your order notes. We check every custom order before it's built.
Do you save my information?
No. We don't ask for your name or email. Your answers are kept only in your own browser so you can come back to them, and you can clear them anytime with “Start over”.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Use your ball flight as the tie-breaker. If you tend to miss right (for right-handed golfers), lean more upright; if you tend to miss left, lean flatter. For grips, players who hook the ball often like the larger size.
