A mid-sized, full body Grain Flow Forged iron delivering a perfect balance of ball speed, stability, and feel. Our 3rd generation of Chromoly Forging (4-7 iron) incorporates a milling slot that extends wider to heel and toe. Paired with an even thinner clubface it creates our highest one-piece forged ball speeds from an even greater portion of the clubface. The irons showcase a thinner top line throughout, plus compact scoring irons (8-GW) and beveled sole for improved turf interaction.

At the core of the JPX 925 Forged irons is the revolutionary CORTECH Design, featuring a Contour Ellipse Face. By integrating this advanced multi-thickness face profile, Mizuno has bridged the gap between the explosive distance of the Hot Metal series and the unmatched feel of forged irons. 

This new design optimises ball speed across the entire face, ensuring consistent performance even on off-centre strikes.The Contour Ellipse Face represents a significant innovation, requiring entirely new construction methods to achieve precision-engineered performance and forgiveness.

1025 E PURE SELECT MILD CARBON STEEL (8-GW IRONS)

Forged Chromoly 4120 face and neck paired with a 431 stainless steel back allow for maximum CORTECH design flexibility and greater control over CG Depth on the 4-7 irons.

Shorter irons (8-GW) are forged from 1025E Pure Select Mild Carbon Steel, ensuring precision, control, and that iconic buttery feel.

TRIPLE CUT SOLE

Mizuno's Triple Cut Sole is meticulously engineered to enhance turf interaction, providing players with greater versatility and playability across varying lies and conditions.

The leading edge is gently bevelled for clean entry into the turf. A hard-cut trailing edge ensures a smooth exit for uninterrupted ball contact; combined with carefully balanced weighting, this sole design promotes precise control, even on challenging surfaces.
