Got 7 wood ordered ping 5 wood three weeks ago. When will I receive it. No updates so far

Not impressed

I felt that the quality that you gave the club was way below par. I have purchased other clubs from global golf, which were rated good and was very impressed with a condition they were in.
The performance is excellent. The look of the club very disappointing. I was somewhat embarrassed to show my friends what I had paid for this club
I know I could have returned it and got my money back but the point I’m trying to make is the quality control has to be addressed.
