Logos looked smaller than I was hoping.

Ordered my balls two months early, got an email my order was received, nothing in that email said they would reach out with a proof I would have to approve for the order to be fulfilled. I called about two weeks after my order was to be received only to hear they had been trying to reach out to me via email(which I did not receive and wasn’t in my junk mail) once getting someone on the phone they had said they called a few times to follow up but I didn’t answer. I probably didn’t but they didn’t leave a voicemail.

The company was able to take my order and said they would rush to have it out to me by the end of the week so I could give the balls as a wedding gift. They shipped the balls but the company they used rerouted the balls to Quebec first so the balls did not arrive till days after the wedding. When I asked to be compensated the rep said he fulfilled the order in time but it was the e shipping companies fault it didn’t show up in time. I understand they did try to reach out but more info upon order that I need to follow up would have let me know to watch for an email. The company offered me a 40 dollar gift certificate which is almost useless as I’m not sure what I would order from this company again and it may not even cover my shipping.
