Terrible shipping

Terrible shipping… UPS has shipped my driver and it arrived in Canada on April 17th. It has moved around to who knows where. Latest update says transferred to Local Post office. Not true. Spouse works at post office and it’s not there. Paid $1000 for my driver that is in the mail
Somewhere and I don’t have my new driver to take on my upcoming golf trip for 11 days. My buddy ordered the same driver from
Golf town last Thursday and he received it today.
The other clubs ordered the same
Time as my driver arrived 15 days ago. UPS has no idea where my item is or when I will receive it
