What is the minimum order for the Carhartt Acrylic Watch Hat A18 Beanie with my logo?

The decoration minimum for this item is 12+ Pieces with Decoration, shown in the first option on this page. You can combine colours and sizes to reach the minimum. There is no minimum for blank orders.

How long does custom logo apparel take?

Most orders ship in 10 to 15 business days after proof approval. The timeline starts when you approve your proof and does not include shipping time.

Do you offer rush production?

Embroidery stitches your logo onto the garment with a raised texture. A full colour flat transfer is heat pressed for unlimited colours with a flat finish. Screen printing is available for logos with up to 2 colours. Our team will recommend the best method for your logo and this hat.

Where can my logo go?

Popular locations are the left or right chest, left or right sleeve and under the back collar. Full chest and full back logos are available with transfers. Pricing includes 1 decoration location.

What logo file should I send?

Upload a JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS or DST file with your order, or email it to sales@canadianproshoponline.com. Vector files give the sharpest result, but our art team can work with most images.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. We send a digital proof showing logo size, colour and location. Production only starts after you approve it.

Are there setup fees?

Setup and digitizing are free when your order meets the decoration minimum. Orders below the minimum have a one-time $65 setup and digitizing fee.

Can I return custom logo apparel?

Custom logo orders are made for you and are final sale. If there is a defect, our team will work with you on a replacement. That is why we confirm every detail on your proof first.
