Happy with purchase, would like to see better shipping/tracking updates

Very happy with the purchase overall and will make future purchases on the site. The R10 works as it should and I've been very happy with it. Perfect for our garden simulator set up. Doesn't always give perfect readings for woods and drivers, but irons and wedges seem to be accurate.

I Would like to see a better way of tracking orders offered as I had no idea what the status of my order was until it arrived at my door. Under my account, it had showed that it hadn't been shipped for a couple weeks after purchasing, but then showed up at my door unexpectedly. The initial email mentioned it could be tracked using the "shop" app, but when I asked the customer service about this they said how the app doesn't work with their store. Customer service was very responsive and helpful.
