Clubs vs. Process

I have used the clubs once and really enjoyed them. The process to get my clubs was, however, somewhat of an ordeal. First, the wrong set of clubs was sent! That meant me (an almost 70 year old) carrying them to the nearest Canada Post outlet to send them back. Next, the proper set arrived but was missing one of the clubs! Another wait of a few days and I finally had my full set more than a week after they should have arrived. Throughout the misadventure, the staff were apologetic and supportive. They also provided me with a much appreciated complimentary gift card as compensation for my troubles.

First new set in 20 years or so. As a terrible golfer, I only hoped to enjoy them (and not destroy them). Was really pleased with them after the first round. Solid feel, sharp looking. Really happy.
