SCOTTY CAMERON - STUDIO STYLE FASTBACK 1.5 PUTTER

Differentiated from its model-mates of the same name by its toe-flow promoting I-beam jet neck, the Studio Style Fastback 1.5 returns as a completely redesigned mid-mallet putter made for players seeking the feel of a blade with the performance of a compact mallet.

With its modern rounded design including a new black anodized aluminum heel-toe inlay for enhanced alignment and MOI, the Studio Style Fastback 1.5 delivers soft sound and feel with its Studio Carbon Steel (SCS) face insert and chain-link face milling technology. The sole’s draft angle was re-engineered to ensure that the putter sits perfectly square at address.

With an integrated 6061 aircraft aluminum sole plate and customizable stainless steel sole weights, the precision milled Fastback 1.5 crafted from 303 stainless steel is a compact multi-material mallet designed for improved alignment, soft sound and balanced feel.

Signature translucent red cherry dots and an engraved 7 Point Crown complement the new features of this compact mallet putter that’s also made for left-handed players.

PLAYER PROFILE

Designed for the compact mallet or blade player seeking a mallet companion to the Fastback head, the jet-neck equipped Fastback 1.5 offers increased face awareness with a two-tone perpendicular alignment feature that assists players in keeping the putter square through the impact area.

The new precision milled Studio Carbon Steel (SCS) insert delivers the unmistakably soft sound and feel of carbon steel, updated for the modern era with an electroless nickel plating for enhanced durability. 

CHAIN-LINK FACE MILLING TECHNOLOGY

New chain-link face milling technology reduces the putter face insert’s touch points at impact with the ball using a texture that softens the sound and provides improved roll characteristics while preserving feel and feedback off the putter face.

MULTI-MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION

The Studio Style Fastback 1.5 extends Scotty Cameron’s proven design methodology of incorporating complementary materials to achieve desired performance characteristics. The Fastback 1.5 has a precision milled 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole plate expertly designed into the 303 stainless steel putter head, as well as an aluminum heel-toe inlay anodized black, which allows for designed weight distribution, balance and feel.
