100% satisfied

We recently ordered customized golf balls from the Canadian Pro Shop, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
The service was excellent from start to finish—responsive, helpful, and efficient. The quality of the customized golf balls is fantastic, and the pricing is very competitive, making it great value overall. Our order was completed and delivered quickly, which we greatly appreciated.
We couldn’t be happier with the final product and the level of service we received. We would absolutely recommend Canadian Pro Shop and look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

We ordered these last year and were really impressed with the speed of service from the Pro Shop Online.

Logos looked smaller than I was hoping.

Ordered my balls two months early, got an email my order was received, nothing in that email said they would reach out with a proof I would have to approve for the order to be fulfilled. I called about two weeks after my order was to be received only to hear they had been trying to reach out to me via email(which I did not receive and wasn’t in my junk mail) once getting someone on the phone they had said they called a few times to follow up but I didn’t answer. I probably didn’t but they didn’t leave a voicemail.

The company was able to take my order and said they would rush to have it out to me by the end of the week so I could give the balls as a wedding gift. They shipped the balls but the company they used rerouted the balls to Quebec first so the balls did not arrive till days after the wedding. When I asked to be compensated the rep said he fulfilled the order in time but it was the e shipping companies fault it didn’t show up in time. I understand they did try to reach out but more info upon order that I need to follow up would have let me know to watch for an email. The company offered me a 40 dollar gift certificate which is almost useless as I’m not sure what I would order from this company again and it may not even cover my shipping.

Our company had a large order with time constraints. Not only did Canadian Pro Shop make it happen, but the golf balls looked amazing. The price point was competitive with other suppliers we had looked at. I would use them again!

Placed order for Pro V1 golf balls with custom logo. Received feedback from art department with proof in quick order with comments on viability of the logo to be printed. Accepted their recommendations and they made the adjustment in-house. Received follow-up proof to review.
Oder was placed and received in about 7 days.
Great service and will be using them again for sure!
