Due to Covid-19 concerns and how they affect shipping goods and services across the border, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the US. Please check back periodically as we will update our shipping and delivery page with more information once international shipping resumes.
Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as it is made available by the shipping warehouse. Occasionally there may be a delay in the warehouse software communicating the tracking details and the order may arrive prior to the tracking notification being sent. We thank you in advance for your understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Many of our products ship factory-direct from the Toronto area and delivery times can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on your location and courier processing time. Shipping times vary by greatly by brand and the courier used to ship your order.
We will be advising customers of any delays to their orders, as information is received from the vendor.
Faster shipping is available for SOME products. If you require an item by a certain date, please let us know so we can manage accordingly. This is by REQUEST ONLY and NOT available for all products. Extra fees may apply for rushed orders.
We do our best to keep an accurate inventory of all products on our website. Since many of our products are ordered directly from the manufacturer, product availability is subject to change between the time that an online order is placed and the time of fulfillment. Customers will be contacted should there be any difficulty in completing their order and will include alternative options and replenishment details, if applicable.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but cannot be located customers must advise Canadian Pro Shop Online within 5 business days of the delivery date. This will allow us to start tracing with the courier. If an order has shipped and it is deemed lost by the courier, we will swiftly ship out a replacement order at no charge. If an order is delivered and is lost or stolen following the successful delivery we will be unable to issue a replacement.
The many of our items ship within an estimated 2-5 business day window (depending on the brand).
