The Torpedo ZT's multi-material construction pairs a precision-milled 303 stainless steel face with a lightweight 6061 aluminum body. That combination moves mass where it counts, boosts forgiveness (MOI), sharpens your look at address, and gives the Torpedo ZT its tour-inspired mallet shape — all while keeping that soft, satisfying feel you expect from PXG.

ZERO TORQUE DESIGN

PXG's Zero Torque Design keeps the face square from takeaway through transition to finish. By positioning the center of gravity just below the shaft axis, the Torpedo ZT minimizes the torque generated during your stroke — helping you maintain a more consistent face angle all the way through impact.

ONSET HOSEL

The onset hosel positions the shaft axis just above the center of gravity, creating a toe-up balance point at address. Because the shaft axis sits so close to the CG, the putter stays remarkably stable and resists twisting throughout the stroke. 

MULTI-MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION

The Torpedo ZT combines a precision-milled 303 stainless steel frontagewith a lightweight 6061 aluminum rear body. The steel face delivers the exceptional sound, and feedback golfers expect, while the aluminum rear section enables smarter mass placement — increasing forgiveness, sharpening alignment, and supporting the precise CG positioning the Zero Torque geometry relies on.

HIGH MOI MALLET DESIGN

Using lightweight aluminum in the rear structure lets PXG push mass farther from the center of gravity, significantly increasing MOI and forgiveness. The larger footprint also opens the door to confidence-inspiring alignment features and thoughtful details like the integrated Pick-Up Pocket, designed for effortless ball retrieval.
