FAQ

Callaway Chrome Soft TruTrack logo ball questions

What is the minimum order?

The minimum for Callaway Chrome Soft TruTrack logo balls is shown at the top of the options: Minimum order quantity of 48+ dozen with decoration. Setup is FREE on 6 dozen or more, and smaller orders have a $50 one-time setup fee per order.

How long does it take to get my logo golf balls?

Standard production is usually 10 to 15 business days. Need them sooner? Choose Express (7 to 10 business days, $95 one-time fee) or Rush (3 to 5 business days, $125 one-time fee) when available, and pick your in-hand date in the steps above.

Can I print a logo or text on both sides of the ball?

Yes. Add a second logo or up to 3 lines of text on the opposite side (we call it the Second Pole) for $5 per dozen. Text can be up to 17 characters per line, can include emojis, and comes in Black, Blue, Red, Navy, Green, Purple, Pink or Gold.

What file types can I upload?

The Golf Ball Customizer accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP and SVG files up to 20 MB. Large, high-quality files print best. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) can be added in the logo upload step.

Will I see a proof before my balls are printed?

Yes, if you’d like one. In the Golf Ball Customizer you can approve your preview and go straight into production, or ask our art team to email you a proof to approve before we print. You can also print a proof of your design right from the customizer. If you upload your logo in the steps instead, our art team will send you a virtual proof to approve before we print.

Can my logo be printed in full colour?

Yes. We print logos in full colour, and you can upload any image file in any colour. Keep important details inside the dashed print area shown in the customizer.

Do you offer custom packaging?
