I ordered embroidered caps for my team and was disappointed with the final result. The embroidery quality was below what I expected, and the logo placement was inconsistent from one cap to another, which is very noticeable when comparing them side by side.

I contacted the company 10 days ago to explain the issue and ask what could be done to fix the situation, but I still have not received a response.

For custom branded products, quality control and customer service are important. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.
